Breast Augmentation is a very common surgical procedure, with thousands of women having this surgery every year.  In some case, either due to incorrect planning or due to factors that are beyond surgeon's control, the result is not what the patient desired.  In such cases revisions may be necessary.  Capsular contracture, rippling, and malposition are some of the common problems Dr. Jugenburg is able to correct.

Once you decide you would like to see Dr. Jugenburg for his recommendation on what can be done to correct your problem, please bring with you as much information about your breast augmentation procedure as possible.  We need to know the type of the implant that you had put in, the amount to which it was filled (if it was a saline implant) and whether or not it was placed above or below the muscle.  If you cannot recall these details, you can request this information from your original surgeon.
