Certified by the Royal College of Physicians of Canada as a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Dr. Jugenburg offers only the most advanced surgical procedures to his patients. He holds a medical degree from the University of Toronto and was one of the few applicants selected worldwide to train at the internationally renowned Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, where he learned from the top plastic surgeons in the world.
The techniques learned by Dr. Jugenburg in New York were refined in hospitals across North America, and now serve as the foundation for his clinic’s success. Dr. Jugenburg works at The Humber River Regional Hospital in Toronto and The Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute, a state of the art surgical facility located within the prestigious Fairmont Royal York Hotel in downtown Toronto. Dr. Jugenburg was previously on staff at the University Health Network (Toronto General and Toronto Western Hospitals) as well as at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto where he performed some of the most complex microsurgical reconstructive surgery procedures to help cancer and trauma victims.

Dr. Jugenburg studied Molecular Biology and Genetics before being accepted to the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, where he obtained his medical degree. Dr. Jugenburg then completed his postgraduate Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Manitoba. He was then selected from a pool of worldwide applicants to train at the internationally renowned Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
While in New York City, Dr. Jugenburg had the opportunity to learn from some of the world’s most pre-eminent cosmetic surgeons. He now incorporates this knowledge in his Toronto-based cosmetic surgery practice.
