Your health and wellbeing are our primary concern at the Plastica Clinic. As such, you will never be pressured into anything by our friendly staff. We are always responsive to your needs; however Dr. Jugenburg will never suggest or recommend any surgery. The decision to have plastic surgery is a personal choice, and one that should be made by you.

Dr. Jugenburg offers all potential patients the opportunity to discuss various surgical options during an initial consultation. A consultation will help you to explore your options, ask questions and gain a better understanding of the possible surgical alternatives available to you. All of this is done in a very comfortable and relaxed setting. If Dr. Jugenburg feels that the procedure you are requesting is either unsafe or the wrong option based on your personal health, then he will simply let you know up front. A typical initial consultation can take between 5 and 30 minutes but you can spend as much time as you need talking to Dr. Jugenburg. Our friendly staff also welcomes any questions you may have, even after the initial consultation.

If you do make the decision to proceed with surgery, you will need to be properly assessed prior to undergoing any surgical procedure. This is done by Dr. Jugenburg to ensure that your health allows you to undergo surgery safely. This assessment takes place at least two days prior to the surgery. During this assessment, you will be given an instruction booklet and all of the necessary documentation to be completed. The purpose of the assessment is to ensure your personal wellbeing and to proceed with any paperwork related to the surgery.

Dr. Jugenburg has clinics at the prestigious Fairmont Royal York Hotel and the Humber River Regional Hospital. Since many of our patients have busy work and personal schedules, we offer a flexible schedule for consultations at all of our locations, for your convenience.
